you need to come out for FD Vegas and i'll take a picture of it with my car! that would be sick!

i got bored and decided against respraying my car to save some money. i bought color matched ductape and went to town.

the rear of the side skirt was super bad with tire shrapnel taking paint off.

im going to do the front bumper and then get a touch paint pen for the back bumper and just call it quits.

see everyone tomorrow @ Udrift.

went to udrift. remembered why i dont session outside of pro-am events... lol all in good fun though. this side of the car sucked anyway. now i HAVE to redo the paint on the door, fender, side skirt, and rear bumper.

Had some fun with some of the best drivers in Vegas. Eugene, and Danny! Wish we could have drove some more together. sucks that it took me 2hrs to mount tires on RPF1s. lol these wheels SUCKKKKKKK!!!!!!!
gotta give thanks to traverse for helping mount them and looking out for me getting home after blowing out a perfectly good tire. thanks again bro. i owe you. Thank you Garret for being amazingly sarcastic and me being oblivious to your antics all night! <3

dude ive been trying to keep ranger danger driving but it seriously keeps breaking down. i did the fuel pump once, now the coil packs went bad, now its overheating (which isnt a big deal) but yea most def need to ditch it. i want to get her a GS or something to street and go to school with.

i know. RPF1s suck... you have to mount the exact size tire on them. they have huge drops in the center. did the lighter trick and got some 245's mounted... took forever. i had kendall bring your wheels back like 10mins after they were done so you guys could session atleast... i missed out hardcore.

Against my better judgment i am still prepping my car for FD Vegas despite the unfortunate setbacks and my will to drive.... here are the photos and i will keep updates going until tech inspection if i make it to the event to drive.

with the help of some friends getting me motivated to put in work and their help hanging out and wrenching on the car we finished up the rear firewall to the FD Rulebook - the exact way JTP had his.

i also gained even more steering angle and resolved the previous issue i kept running into with my tires binding on the LCA at lock. no more rubs. wider front track width. more static camber. more angle.

pulled the trans out. fixed my broken shifter housing, and inspected the clutch, input shaft, TOB, and pilot bearing. it's all back together minus the motor being without a turbo...

just need 1600cc injectors (again) an ebay manifold and a wastegate and if i can get everything in time by saturday to get it to the dyno and get one session in before hand ill try to get tires and drive.

RPF1's are some of the easiest rims to change tires on. Just sayin.... :P

RPF1's are some of the easiest rims to change tires on. Just sayin.... :P

the 18x10.5 version are the hardest version of RPF1's to mount anything less than a new 255 tire on. it has the biggest drop in the center and only 1" of the inner drum to catch/seat the tire on each side. so unless it's 255+ they're not going on unless they get the cheetah/lighter blow up trick.

besides that i really miss my heavy dish wheels and i want to go back..

if anyone wants them theyre up for grabs for cheap. i have the most desired set of the RPF1s for the fashion dudes. i'll let them go cheap.
