Finally getting it all together, still have minor things to put on and tighten down, overall its looking good, minus the front cover/front of the head paint. I dont know how to avoid that but by powder coating the front cover.

Motor is together, still waiting for the car to be painted..who knows when that will happen. Moving on to the interior, i dont even know where to start on the wiring, certain shit is hooked up, and some isnt. Major components are working, but its sloppy and its been bugging me for months.
Once the car is painted, the motor can go in, and ill be pretty much done.....

DOes anybody use a map trim switch??

Paint started today with some fun filled hours of laying drop cloths, taping etc..Panels were done today, and body will be finished tomorrow..Gotta throw Dave a huge thanks for helping me out with this, he did a geat job making the car look sick!  So far its come out great, a few runs but can be cleaned with with some wetsanding. Its next to impossible to stop dust n shit from getting on the wet paint, so ill wet sand the whole car once its all together to make it pop a little more. This was only a single stage paint job, and it is the sticky and nasty as hell, i basically had to pull my legs off the drop cloths in order to walk properly.

Setting everything up

Finished product

Some wet sanding should clear that up.

thx for the feedback...This is a single stage paint job, and it isnt finished, the paint was still practically wet when i took that pic..Wet sanding will fix minor imperfections.

Paint is finally finished. I hate single stage paint, its like spraying elmers glue, and gets EVERYWHERE and doesnt come off. The finish needs to be wet sanded, and a few runs arent looking to promising, but ill give them a shot.

As far as how it looks, Dave and I have never used single stage paint before, and im very happy with the end result. And im always open for critcism but its my car, and if i wanted "show car" status id pay $$$$$$$ for it, Thanks again to Dave!
