I've been extremely busy lately, but we did some work on the suspension last weekend.  Mainly we went for shortening my shortened knuckles even more! :o

Trying to get that insane angle, but we ran into some problems..

First my wheel hits the tension rod, so need spacers.

Second we extended my LCA's 20mm so now I need s14 tie rods maybe even a spacer, and that should fix my toe out problem. My toe out was literally like this \--/  with maxed out s13 tie rods, and a half inch spacer.
(Right now I have some stock LCA's on but once I get new tie rods, it will look boss and hopefully be more functional.)

Lastly, my tie rods hit the LCA, so we can't get anywhere near full lock. Once we figure all ^^^ that out, the plan is to either notch the LCA somehow to make room, or raise the tie rod mounting point. If anyone has any ideas, or pointers for this problem, please let me know!

I don't have many pictures but here's some.

Put the bumper on for the first time in months, almost forgot how much I like it's personality.

Disassembling... everything.

Steven Heck doing some amazing work on those knuckles.

Filthy whore. Got JZ?

Steven doing some alignment adjustments.

RANDOM PICS

and now I've started sanding, and will be painting soon.

I'll have more pictures once I get some s14 tie rods, and we do something about the tie rod hitting the LCA's so I can get that mad angle.
Huge thank you to Steven Heck at #sheckwelds for all the awesome work he does, and for staying up until 3 in the morning to try to figure this damn car out.

Here is a link to his page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sheckwelds/122267267960175?fref=ts

He does amazing work with TIG and MIG, hit him up for some work done on your car!

Went out and took some pics at full lock.
This is with the trailing wheel hitting the tension rod! Looks pretty good, but is there such a thing as too much angle, really?  :P
The tie rod is actually not hitting the LCA right now, but once I get spacers, I'm sure it will.

The knuckles are Godspeed, modified by Steven Heck (Sheckwelds), stock LCA and stock tie rod...for now.

I've just been trying to make the car less missile-ish, here are some pictures.

Purple Dupli-Color Metal Cast Andonized Purple

Some purple film on the head lights.

Also, prepared the garage for painting.  Removed front end to do it separately, because there wasn't enough room in the garage.

Another progress pic, before all this paint work.

Well here's the new color and scheme. It's dirty in the pic, looks pretty good when it's clean. I'm happy with the way it came out. Didn't have time to finish putting it together today. There just isn't enough time in the day.

and here are the suspension mods Steven Heck and I did, finally put together.
We extended the control arms 20mm, and I got s14 tie rods, which weren't enough.
So I picked up some spacers from Forrest, and it's all perfect now. I eye balled the alignment, so I'm going to DDS tomorrow, if I have time, to get it all perfected.
