What's your fastest lap @ Fast Lap?

This is for all the people who still go to fast lap and aim for pulling fast laps, and improving times.

Yesterday Derek, Ray, Phil, and myself all broke our previous lap times

Here are the times so far:
Derek: 26.05
Ray: 26.34

I think a VD grip battle would be cool... And kind of ironic haha

i think i have a 27.10 but thats before derrick started actually fixing the carts. I think i may be able to get better but seriously derrick is fucking really really good in those carts.

maybe we could set something up for a special rate for this since it would only be a couple laps (plus maybe one practice session)?
make it like a decently organized event, would be awesome.
that or go do autocross. i think people would be surprised at which cars would be faster/slower.

I actually really want to do an autocross at some point.

Also, last night was the Drift @ Dromo out here in LA. Took 8th place in the finals. It was actual racing, not drifting. Also managed to beat out Tanner Foust's time with a 24.66! (.05 seconds faster) Super stoked about that! I kept the time slips as a "trophy" hahaha.

We really need to get some sort of race night going down at fast lap.

-Run 3 laps of qualifying
-Grid the drivers in qualifying order
-Run 10-15 laps
-fastest 8 drivers of the night go head to head for a final race (either fastest time wins, or run it as whoever finishes first wins)

Or Robert's idea is also good. Except I think 4-5 laps is rather short for allowing people to get in the rhythm of things and start picking up fast times. Maybe do 10? 10 laps go by pretty quick on that course (Figure the average time is around 28-30 seconds) Or what about a time limit? 2 minutes of warm-up and 5 minutes for the actual session?

This could potentially be really awesome.
