After the event we found out the Mazworx plate back out because one of the bolt fell out and one was backing out. So we pulled the motor and bolt the plate back down. We also put some bolts in the bottem to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Now to my other problem. My manifold coating is flaking off. So I aksed for a refund Snail motorsports agreed. After I put the motor back in I call to set up a time to pick up my refund and they now say I must bring it back in to get recoated. So I took it out here are some pics.

Also when I had the motor out I saw the Valve cover gasket is leaking alot so I ordered another one.



I am waiting on a better radiator because I want some over kill to make sure I can lap HTM in the summer with my hood on. Even though I wasn't over heating at the last event.



Should have it all back together by next event.

Fuck man, that really sucks on the ceramic coating!!! I'm feel your disappointment from here dude, this is after that long ass wait they made u wait! Sorry I don't think I'll be taking my manifold to them. At very least they are recoating it, I'm sure it'll hold better this time.

I have had problems with bolts backing off too! My exhaust has done this to me several times now. I don't understand what causes it, I guess it's just the vibration and banging on the ground now and then. When I was at VD16 two bolts disappeared on me! Same thing happened driving to the shop a month ago as well. I think the trick is.... TO WELD EVERYTHING. Haha hope your trans holds now... Nice to see everyone at ur place helping you get that bitch sorted! Hope the cars ready to rip for vd17!!

Yeah. The coating coming off really made me mad. The wait sucked and on top of that it flaked. And after only one event too!!! The trans bolts I red locktited the shit out of them on top of adding the three bolts on the bottem. The car be running for vd017 for sure with the new parts for sure.

yeah. shit i have been doing for about 7 years now. Only takes a couple of hours with other people helping that know what they are doing.

edit: i just browsed through the last couple pages of this thread... and maybe i dont have him beat.

BUT... theres a good chance im moving back in the fall, meaning i can drive my car around on the street!
