well i bought a new oil cooler today at a sand rail shop here in town



they usually put these on 500whp sand rails they said
gotta wait for the fittings to come in from anplumbing.com

I was really considering a fan on my oil cooler. Looks great, now that I see someone else do it I might have to reconsider. Are you going to connect it to a switch, thermostat or a constant 12v?

the fan came with it for 230 from the shop. The top outlets are 16x1.5mm to -10 an.

I was really considering a fan on my oil cooler. Looks great, now that I see someone else do it I might have to reconsider. Are you going to connect it to a switch, thermostat or a constant 12v?

well i figured out my thermostat wasn't opening right when the car was getting to 85 degrees at idle. Its usally at like 70 degrees. And so i went nuts and gte a bunch of shit like the oil cooler, samco hoses,rb clutch fan, thermostat and new water pump.

Well i got the fittings I need for the oil cooler and now its working very well. The fan on the back of the oil cooler pulls alot of air. The oil cooler is on the oppisite side of the radiator and with the oil cooler fan I think it will help alot in the summer.
Oil Cooler: $237
Fittings : $140
Oil Sandwich adapter: $30
Earl's Pro Lite Line 10ft: $80
Total cost $487









I also replaced all of the worm drive clamps with t bolt ones




New air filter


And i am ready for the 626 comp this weekend wish me luck

so yeah i hate a wall of hay bales and it did this



so yeah i got the tow rope out and did this




it came out pretty good so then i got started on the over fenders


thats all i did so far but i will get the rest done this week

Wow you did the same thing I did huh. I am not even fixing my rear end damage yet. I am gonna do VD with no rear bumper and then order an Origin kit. I just got done pulling the manifold last night gotta find some turbo studs today. I actually only need one the other one was all the way out but still there, holding on by literally one thread! Well good luck finishing everything for the 25th. You wanna hit up HTM with me on May 24th? It is going to be a great day, tons and tons of seat time!
