WTB S14 Ka24de motorset (OBD II '96+)

need one of these, must have intake manifold, all emissions equipment, etc.
if it has transmission excellent (automatic preffered). if not maybe ok, as long as accessories and such are all there. I want to be able to drop it in and go without and hassles.

must not have rod knock!
low miles preffered.
no leaks preferred.

Is slight rod knock, only at high RPMs okay?  LOL.
