The harness bar has to be 2 peices. So that the bar that goes from the driverside roof to the passengerside floor is one peice...

get rid of the crash beams on the doors! seriously accounts for 80% of the doors overall weight... with high door bars you'll be cherry.

keep charging. when it's done let's switch cars so we can get a feel for what we're both missing out on! ;p

whats holding them in? spot welds or adhesive? We notched the brace and it looks cool the way the tubing fits in them. You'll like the instant power of the ls and ill like the boost lol is my guess haha

you're going to love it! hahaha jkjkjk my bride sucks... i need the gradiant fabric cushions. it has some knock off ones in it or something.  they look like shit.

the brace is spot welded between the door seems in a pocket you can't get at. i cut them out at the pocket and flap disc'd the leftover bit flush so you cant seem it.

but yea then between the door skin, and the brace itself it has a few spots of adhesive just wire wheel off

shit you not they weighed 20-30lbs each.

Yeee I'll definitely look into it more!

Today was a pretty good day as far as progress went! Mocked up the rear bumper and overfenders earlier, then turned down the tube to hold the airjack down on the lathe. The cage is fully welded in now with the exception of the dash bar. I also removed the whole entire factory steering column/pedal assembly.

Then I wrote a quick program and milled out some aluminum brackets to hold my Momo seats in
