More Updates:
Made a trip to JTP Justin Pawlak's shop - Hot Line Performance, to grab his 50mm Rear Over Fenders to prep my RX7 for the Vegas Drift Season Opener event on February 18th. You guys gotta check out some of the insane builds going on over there.

Got some more time today to mess with the front fenders. made them wider. hopefully i can have both finished up tomorrow, and spray the Aero, Hot Line Overs, Front fenders, and redo my hood/vent, and headlight cover. Easy peezey. Prepped the Hot Line fenders. took like 5 mins cause they're gangster.

Brembo's are still a bit out. Might try to mount just the front brakes, and bore out the rotor prior to round.1 but more than likely im just going to leave it as is and go burn some tires. still no DTSS elims... still trying to get TE's for the rear... battle.

waiting for goodies to arrive! Smiley Only a few more picture updates left before the car gets strapped to the dyno and goes into hiding until the event.

Gotta come check out the car in person @ Round.1 to see it finished!!!

tons of updates coming up. been putting in a bunch of work to prep for RD.1 on the 18th. It's coming up pretty fast....

My chick bought me paint! Custom blend. Might get it lightened up a tad but i was stressin' paint. was going to get a quart or 2 and just wing the aero, and fenders, but now it's going to look cool for a few hours before destroying it all over again.

I picked up another gun kit to get by until i can afford a newer Sata, or Iwata. Heard these are pretty good, and my friend hooked it up with his discount so i had to swoop. still a grip of money though...

Super hard trying to fire out side jobs, and finish my car. i'm still $1,500 shy of getting the car rolling with TE's all around... just going to keep making progress and hope it all works out like it always does.

Primed all my aero, and Hot Line fenders. bringing the chassis down to my shop in the next day or so to fire it out. just going to add gussets to the bash beam after i smash it back to center from moving. would have been cool to get the bracing i paid for but you get what you get when you deal with stoned kids milkin' off their mommies.

Car's pretty much fully prepped. just gotta pound out my roof from my hatch flipping over onto it doing backwards entries.

These guys worked like a champ!! 1.8 tip was a lot better than the 1.5 shitty harbor freight guns.

fan page is getting pretty close to 1,000 likes. looks like i'm gonna be dropping some red photos pretty soon.

how did you like it? was it good multiple times? everyone has been giving me mixed info on it. some say it's good, some say it's garbage. i like it so far. for the price i can't complain. this thing worked like a breeze today. consumes alot of product though even fully closed almost it seems like.

i've lucked out with the standard gravity feed HF guns, but their HVLP guns suck. same thing pretty much but i think one of them come with a different sized needle though.

ended up using the wrong hardener with all the aero and pieces i primed yesterday. going to let it cure another night, and hopefully i can prepsoll everything and respray it with the correct hardener... otherwise that crap would've been red right now :/

For once i have a stack of tires ready to go. ....but there's a twist

I STILL DON'T HAVE BACKWHEELS!!! hahaha who didn't see that coming? fuck...

anyways i got a bunch of work fired out. finalized the design of the fenders. they're wide. i have cut them and re-glassed them so many times i've lost count as to how much wider they are now, but it's pretty much 2" wider the entire wheel well and a full 25mm from the front to the rear.

Before the last slice/extension.

After the cut.

Some stoney make shift measuring techniques.

with the wheel bolted up minus the spacers and still have yet to do the front lower ball joint extension....no idea what to do for tie rods if i commit and hack it up. lolz

hopefully some things start rolling in the next day or so. will post as updates come in.

finally getting everything primed aside from the chassis which i still haven't transported.... as well as the front fenders.

while i have time i am focusing on prepping the main visual impact points of the car, so if need be i have to rush the chassis (the least amount of material consumption to redo) i can.

all the new parts are looking pretty good as usual. i have the new guns dialed in really nice.

also waiting to find spacers to finish these guys... need 2 50mm spacers, or 30mm spacers to make sure these are symmetrical between the pair.

Gotta grab a passenger door to replace my blown in one tonight from aaron. Going to crash out until 7am and head back to get everything set up, and wiped down so i can start spraying color by 8:30. hopefully not have to color sand anything/respray, and be laying clear by 12-3pm when it's warm to get it flossin'

Got a lot fired out today.

Grabbed the door from Aaron earlier today. Immediately started removing the molding residue, and rock chip guard on the outer side, and skinned it to match my drivers side door.

my car now has almost 1 piece from every Vegas Rotary OG keeping it alive.

Didn't realize the paint i purchased actually had violet pearl in the base. pretty cool.

a lot of people get tripped out on painting out side. it's really not bad when you plan ahead - especially this time of year when there aren't any leaves to fall onto your painted surfaces.

Pretty much have the guns dialed really nice. I was kicking myself in the ass for purchasing guns before the event as i could've been more comfortable putting that money towards a few tires. but after having used them i can really say it was a smart move (for once)

they work real good, and are very consistent. this is straight after clear.

The only thing about the guns i do not care for is the fraudulent Pressure Regulator. If someone were to use this thing as a cheap boost controller a motor would be blown.... hahaha definitely need to toss it out...

Real crazy to think just a few grams of pearl can make the mica look like this:

Trying to source a pair of grippy front tires - 235/40/18 preferred but 225/40/18 will work also. Got word my wheels are coming!! Check back as there will be more info on this soon. Smiley
Hope you guys enjoy the pics.
