yea if your headed into drift events

simplify the systems !!!!!
no air pump
no rats nest of hardened vacuum lines and solenoids either
keep the stock fan setup all plastic shrouds and alike

no cat but you do want a presciencer from RB
and duals from RB will keep it quiet
otherwise welcome to loud rotary ville

make double sure that the motor ecu transmission and electrics are grounded well
remove all and any aftermarket electronics alarm stereo so on .

and you do know that the jdm wiring wont connect to a Aspec car and it work right
its very hard to put a jdm swap in complete. we just use the block and few accessories.
and i think your plan is full swap due to na to turbo swap

well i will be eventually but it will still be smog legal and all that good stuff. and my AC works so im keeping that shit. along with the powersteering i prefer(unlike most 7 Owners)

Im working on the harness now
ive been reading everywhere and talked to some people about it that the Aspec harness works on a Jspec motor just fine, all you do is change the ECU's out (gotta love S5's  Grin plug and play)

ya removal was very easy and install was pretty straight forward. had to work around the AC compressor but it was okay, hardest part really was going through and finding all the parts i didnt have

but i got most thanks to chris and some random others of craigslist

Still working out the bugs, wont crank over but everything is working. im gonna change the starter prob tonight i just havent gotten around to it with finals for school. bleh

did you check the fuel tank? if your pump hanger looked like that then you might have a few problems with the tank.
