Drift Night at Fast Lap this Tuesday!

I completely understand that some of our karts are better than others at certain times, but we try to keep them as even as possible. It would take a lot of time and employees to test drive every kart after every race they are driven in. And kart #1 did have a terrible steering problem which has been resolved. And I would be more than glad to put out 10 karts at a time for you guys to run trains but we didn't get enough of a turn out, so we only put out 6 karts last week. If you show up with a group of people I will put 10 karts out there together for you guys. So come down Tuesday night at 7 p.m. and have some fun I know I will.     

I would like to trust you guys but how are you guys going to get 10 good karts when I know for a fact there is always one or two that are good from time to time. Are you guys going to get 8 carts that are in good working order over night?

lol i think he means more of 2 good karts and 8 ok ones lol. im still going to go and bring someone along. its still fun and if u hit somthing no bumpers come off and u dont use any tires up. good practice i think. i kno its not the same as in a car but u can learn how when and where to aim and what not.

You don't have to have a driver's license, the only requirements are that you are at least 5 feet tall to reach the pedals, and if your under 18 you must have a parent or guardian there to sign the waiver. See you guys tonight.

Easily worth the cash. Problem is the organization.  I love fastlap always have. Poleposition is so not close. Yeh newer carts and painted walls. I wish i could run fastlap. Anyway just a heads up as constructive critisism.  We showed up at 8. Bought 5 races each(4 of us). So 200 in monies. We got there before thus rush of people around 9. We got 1 race per hour. We brought the gf's with and figured wed be out within 2 hours. Women left at 11 and we then got 3 races in 2 hours and were done.  If things were firstcome first serve or have a good order to keep things would be great.  The carts were all easily workable. Some better then others but regardless for 10/race price no complaints. We had a blast and are going to all try and hit it every week at least 2 races.

The carts get abuse these drift nights. Im sure the price isnt a money maker but get the marketing dialed. PP is a disaster. Too much cash. They shut the power to everyone all the time. I got 12/13 solid laps each race. I will forever use fastlap. Maybe keep 2/3 carts everyday with the bands and offer to everyday customers.  Damn got so many ideas to pump business.   

Fill the drink machines. Get a snack machine. For us who were there for 4 hours it would be great way to  make money and keep people from getting more restless.  You guys got a great thing that PP will never have. Kick ass and keep drift alive. Or maybe close for drift couple hours just for the group.

Would be solid if you could use your own cart. Bet 500 could easily buy a similiar cart. Id be down there weekly for hours lol. Just make a useage per hour fee! Im sure as a group we could come up with alot of ideas.

Lets face it, PP is expanding and putting alot of money into marketing. If they take all the business we as real local supporters are then screwed.  Go to both places , will quikly learn fastlap is way better bang for the buck.  Set yourself apart and create the niche. Affordable fun that ISNT a overcontrolled spot that takes the value away. Wish i was rich and could just play with a company like this. A little money is better then no money! 

Keep it up guys. I do NOT want to scratch karting off the to-do list if fastlap isnt around.

And put a tent up at all the drift events.  Work with nick! Key audience out there. Mention vd for discounts. Let word of mouth travel.   Its all the little things.

Just curious if you guys around when we had the first round of drift nights at FL? We even had a mini competition..

FastLap has always been my favorite local spot, but they should step their game up to compete.
I raced at PP only once and didn't enjoy it, the karts felt like FF cars to me, blehh
