personally id go with a solid piece of metal and drill where the mounts need to sit. The whole bracket support thing isnt very strong nor visually appeasing. Starting to come together though.

That was my thought as well, though we couldn't find a piece big enough at the store close to us. This is more of a temp set up I guess you could say. We couldn't figure out the piping until it is sitting in a place that fits. Also, I need to flip the cooler over  !!!

I cut two solid pieces to bolt up from the bottom of the cooler to the bottom radiator support and that works out good, but I had a bit of a hard time thinking up something to mount on the top.

If anyone has any other bracket ideas I am all up for it on the top side. This is the first time I have ever messed with any of this so any input is good input...

I think, at the very least, it gives us an idea of how the piping and intake need to be routed.  If we come up with an idea later on down the road, then we can reevaluate how we did that bracket but we're just trying to keep things moving forward and not get hung up on things too much.  IMO, there's thinking something through and moving on, and then there's overthinking something and stressing about it to the breaking point.  This gives us a way to run pipes and mock up lights/bumper/hood etc. and check for clearance and whatnot.  Hey Diddy, maybe its a good thing the garbage truck wont pick up that giant old pipe that I put on the curb 3 weeks ago!!  Get out the old cut off tool and some paint aaannndd ...

why dont you just do this same thing for the top mounts? you'd just need two slim straight pieces, much like the ones you used on the radiator, and just bend them in a fashion that will allow you to bolt up to the headlight bracket. if you already have two really solid mounts on the bottom, the top ones will mostly be there just to keep it in place.

Yah I just had 2 slim peices of metal welded to my bottom radiator support that hold on to my Front mount. you dont have to weld, but something of that similiar fashion.

I have been thinking and the back end is gonna need a pro. With that I am gonna just call DDS and see if I can just get some pricing on tubing the front and rear. That might be best before I sink money into this thing.
