i just dont see how you come off as being some hostile name calling dude to a prodominantly nice crowd of folks. i have a valid point. you said rally. i said okay, well you or your bud chose a miata. i said, hmmm, vert, car with a cage is pointless when you roll in the dirt and rocks. and for a rally car you chose a vehicle that isnt even in the same league of the "stereotypical" rally cars, and then my last point is this is "VEGASDRIFT" not vegas rally and autocross. why go to one of the best fd drivers to weld in a cage thats a preassembled weld in? he did a really good job. i doubt hes not going to pass any inspections reguardless of if its not scca or nasa legal. you dont need a rediculous cage to do autocross. why bring this kind of drama to a site where obviously everyone on here is aquainted with, in business with, or buddies with forrest. and call people names. just say hey you know what its none of our business. instead, you post up a bunch of name calling and retarded shit. when quite frankly forrest wether or not your pal realizes it or not, did him a favor. his work may not of been was the pamphlet or instructions said, or what the agreement was but reguardless its a nice ass cage. and that car has alot of potential. so instead of being like "fuck all you guys blah blah", i would just go with it. finish the car, drift that bitch and go home with a smile on you face. leave the drama off this site because theres always bs and no one gives a flying fuck.

I have the same cage as the miata here. Installed by someone different but i was curious if ya had any pictures of the changes. Was going to compare to mine. Might have changed something that makes alot more sense. There is plenty of different things you could do and still be legal for everything.
