Here is my new 2010 S13 sr20 build. Well, I got some extra time I will be spending at home, so I decided to get a new shell and start over. My old shell was great but there is things I want to do different on the new one. Here is some pictures of my start: here we go damn a lot more to go

Looks good. You might of cut too much out of the front strut towers for the tubs. Big tubs are cool but they kinda suck for fitment of shit.

btw, rear fenders look nice and clean. be sure to hammer the shit out of the trans tunnel. are you just going to add a front section to that cage? cut it out and start over? i imagine it being difficult to weld the bars of the rear section is already welded in.

well you don't need to, but i would recommend it. as it will make the bolts for the trans more accessible. when you have to swap trannys, you'll appreciate it. just hammer the front part up, not the entire tunnel. again, not a necessity. but definitely convenient in the long run.

yeah very crucial when doing tranny swaps! the more clearance the easier to get to everything. Like Kurai said, sledge hammer the area where the bell housing usually would be closet to.

Only people that cant flux core or mig correctly (cannot get speed and temp right), resort to TIG in search of spatter free welds. But i give it up to the dude who stitches a whole car for under 50-60 bucks!!! thats just me
