[5/26/10] Minor Updates]Few small updates on the project. Picked up a slew of items that are just waiting to be installed now. Been working on the block for a bit a few internal upgrades but mainly replacing parts to OEM standards again. I wouldn't call it a rebuild since I haven't touched the bottom end yet but we will see. I am really tempted to port match the intake side of the head to the GReddy manifold haha (Since cheap P&P starts at 700$). Doing a external oil cooler relocation with AN fittings. Replaced water pump and got a Mishimoto Racing thermostat for better cooling (I mean it is an RB and it is in Vegas) Got the Alternator rebuilt and now sending in the starter just to be safe (Fucking heavy compared to the SR's) full gasket set from FRSports and Tomei 1.2mm headgasket. Ordered a top feed fuel rail (HKS) with 1600cc high impedance Alcohol friendly injectors paired with a Denso Supra TT fuel pump "To avoid Walbros" (Thanks for the info on this Josh). Been using this chart as a guide:
* 500cc per minute is approximately equal to 49lbs per hour which is equal to approximately 100hp.
* lbs/hour = cc per minute / 10.2
* lbs per hour = HP / 2.04
* cc per minute = lbs per hour x 10.2
* cc per minute = HP x 5
* HP = cc per minute / 5
* HP = lbs per hour x 2.04
http://www.meggala.com/injectors.htmFor my power goals and current setup. I'd have to get at the very least a GT35r (I know I'm working on this all kinds of backwards) We will see how it turns out.
(BTW selling the stock RB25 rail/Fpr/Injectors for all you SR-Heads out there the injectors are the same capacity and are identical part numbers to the stock SR [non S15] ones)Here are some random pics and pieces:

-As you can see I really need powdercoating!

Alright that's it for now, next few steps are Turbo/Exhaust manifold setups and Forrest's Wangle kit in the works.[EDIT] There appears to be a new bandwidth limit on the SMF Forum so I could not post the rest of the pics, but instead links. Sorry.
