Damn makes me think I need to be strapped... I dont think my GF will like it but that gives me an excuse to buy a pistol ^^... Well I hope no one breaks into my pad. Im waaayyyy too unstable to just let em go shootin them or something, endanger my girl were taking a trip to the tub and those shower curtains are comming down then get some rope and a drill... Torture is the way to do it lol

Arturo Namez, 36, and an unidentified 29-year-old man were shot early Sunday morning outside a home near Fifth Street and Craig Road. Police said the two were breaking into a car owned by 60-year-old James Bulah.
Bulah was charged with battery, sparking a debate over whether he should have been arrested or was within his legal rights.

its such a crock of shit.. like what the fuck are you supposed to do in that scenario? these laws and politicians responsible make it seem like "its no big deal" so theres no need to bother with using deadly force.. idk about the rest of vegas but, im not a millionaire, so if i see somebody trying to drive off with my car, my only way (or at least main way) to get around and provide for myself, im not gonna sit there and hope the police find the guy in time.. people should be allowed to bash heads in if somebody is trying to take whats rightfully someone elses.

Actually,
when you take your concealed weapons permit, you are not allowed to shoot anyone that is fleeing or stopping. And you are not allowed to shoot anyone in the back. As far as shooting someone that is breaking in your car, as far as I asked the instructor as long as they are in your car or actually BREAKING you can.
In fact you are allowed to use deadly force i.e. shooting anyone that is intending to do harm or is in the act of a felony. You should not shoot anyone that is backing down or anything. You are supposed to let them run away. You cant shoot anyone out of anger or anything else. As they say "if you shoot when your ears are hot, your in the wrong".
I honestly would only shoot someone if they are actually INSIDE my car. Being that they are INSIDE my vehicle ON MY PROPERTY I believe it would be considered the same as the home as far as I know. But if they are TRYING to break in, I would probably cock my .40 or my 9mm and put them face down on the ground and wait for police. I think scaring the FUCK out of someone would do more "JUSTICE" than shooting and killing or shooting and severely injuring someone. BTMO-
If it were INSIDE my house, I wouldnt hesitate a second to snap off 12 rounds of mercury filled steel pointed hollowpoints into somebody even coming through a window...
MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER come FIRST- before anyones life or anyones limbs...
If they were facing the other way I would put em on the ground though... For sure! Its not worth going through the BULLSHIT you have to go through when you shoot someone and your on the edge of proper and not...
