Hello.
I'm from Ukraine and I know about Vegas Drift from my blogroll mate - Mello (Hi Mello, if you're reading this, this is Oleg from Bippu4Life and DRIFT.com.ua)
Two days ago we had an event in Odessa, and I have a question about judging. I know that you guys manage some events in Vegas, so I hope that here I can find those who have a judge experience.
I'm interested about tandem drift when lead car is trying to slow down the chaser and make him spin or provoke the contact. I mean the situation similar to Formula D Round 4, Ueo vs Tuerck, when Ueo pushed the brakes and enforced Tuerck to made a pass. How do you judge this? Is it right way for the leader or this is the violation of rules. And please give me a text of your local rulebook if you have, because I have read FD rulebook but couldn't find answers on my questions.
Oh BTW here is a clips from final battle of our doricon. Check this:
how do you think was there a lock by lead car on 0:17-0:20?
front wheels are blocked on 350z on 0:29-0:31?
I was one of judges on this event so I decided to give an advantage to 350z, because Altezza driver smashed him intentionally I think. But what is your opinion slowing down the chaser is right or false? And what about it is set out in your rulebook?
