I have a 1jz engine only tho... I just sold the trans but the motor is fairly complete! I just pulled the head off and had it rebuilt and the valves adjusted. I've assembled it all with a brand new oem gasket set and arp head studs. The valve seals leaking oil was pretty common so I just freshened it all up. It has a front sump pan and a 2jz waterpump along with a new timing belt. I have just about all the accessories, engine harness, intake manifold etc. It's pretty much all assembled it just nees some misc hoses and whatnot that I never put back on during assembly because I was gonna replace them. Oh and the turbo's I threw away cause they leaked oil...

I'll include some extras with it as well like a 57 trim t04e which should be good for about 450whp and a spec pressure plate for both the r154 and the w58 so all you need is a clutch disk which is about $125 which will save you from having to buy a 700 clutch kit... It's just gonna need an ecu, flywheel, trans, turbo manifold, downpipe and wastegate.

I've sunk alot of money into this! 1jz engine sets minus tranny go for about 1000-1200 plus $350 for head work, $400 for the gasket set and arp studs plus assembly... Not to mention the $200 in misc shit like waterpump, thermostat, timing belt etc... Then add in the pressure plates, turbo etc... I'm asking $1,400 for all of it!

didnt one similiar to this go for 1300 with the r154 tranny, it was a full motorset with an additional polished intake manifold.... plus rebuilt turbos...... i remember talking to you about this set a while back, did you buy it?

on a side note ECU is very hard to come by. to get an r154 tranny will run another $6-$800 no? plus ecu (300-400) if i come across one. we re easily talking about $2300? doesnt complete sets run around that range?

anyways could possibly be interested if i can get some sources on other parts needed

Call some importers... That motorset did go for $1,300 but it was missing some things like the ecu as well... You can get ecu's for 100-150 all day just check ebay. That motor was a steal regardless and thats the cheapest I've ever seen a 1jz go for even when they weren't this popular.

Front clips are usually in the $2,500+ range... Motorsets go around 2-2,400 and auto engine sets go around 1,100-1,200... If your shopping for something complete in the $1,300 range good luck with that one. You shouldn't have slept on that motor...

I've put about a grand into this motor not including my time to assemble it and the initial cost of a 1jz... Not to mention the cost of the turbo and pressure plates... You would need a new clutch regardless and clutch kits are like 700 for an r154 setup this way you only need a disk thats $150...

Sounds like maybe you should do alittle homework... Call some importers... Reputable ones not some jank shit in canada. Driftmotion.com has awesome prices on 1jz stuff as well!
