My buddy at the strip just gave me the skinny on all this man.......you guys are awsome for stickin up for the drft community and doing that demo for gas only...specially when the homo pro's wanted 10k a car!..there was nothing but good things said about the vegas drift boys laying it down pro-style for basicly free...you guys have honor and integrity...this is why our community grows here in the vally..participation by those who can, for those who cant...i wonder who the pro's were?..my buddy wouldent give me names..i would love to boo em at FD when they come up for being pukes! Angry...but still..great job guys for doing that for nothing..that was way cool of ya....my hats to ya all for steppin in.

From what Chris told us when we got to the track, Vaughn Gittin Jr. was the first driver, who backed out due to a media engagement, then Chris Forsberg, who was called out to North Carolina by a sponsor to do something with Kyle Bush, then Samuel Hubinette who's Dodge Mopar sponsor check bounced so he didn't have the budget to drive out. I think they all would have done it if they could, so no need to boo them. Forrest definitely represented out there, I on the other hand, did mediocre. Sure I was able to drift the turns, but lost drift several times, got intimidated by the walls, and my motor was on its last legs, not pushing much out. I still got  a lot of cheers and thumbs up on the way off the track, and it was a huge adrenaline rush, something hard for me to attain!!! It was a fun experience, and anything i can do to help out the Vegas Drift community I am all for it. The organizer, Chris, liked the way my car looked at VD12, so thanks to Spring Mountain Auto Body for that!
