There is a huge problem with the Sunset Park location! Sunset park will be completely reserved. There is some kind of kids event going on and there will be absolutly no parking available for us. Location has been moved about 2 miles south from Sunset park at a park called Pecos Legacy Park on Pecos between Windmill & Wigwam. I am sorry for the change. I have been pulling my hair out for tha past 16 hours trying to fix this

Finally official! SinCityZ will be putting on our first official, but second Welcome to Summer BBQ held at Pecos Legacy Park! This year we will be inviting others to join us in hopes of making it a great event! Everyone is welcome.

Members are requested to bring a food dish that everyone will be welcome to at the BBQ. Paid members, family and friends are welcome. Please take notice that if more than yourself will be attending, please bring a dish or two plus a minimum of $5 to help cover the additional person(s). So if you plan to bring 5 people along, then support the BBQ accordingly.


PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE TYPES OF FOOD BROUGHT TO THE BBQ. SOME MEMBERS MAY BE ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN TYPES OF FOOD, SO DONT TRY TO MAKE ANYTHING TOO EXOTIC.

SinCityZ will be supplying the basics of the BBQ. More info will be supplied later once it has been verified.

There are over 10 tables, lots of shaded tree areas. A covered dining area, a small kids playground and plenty of parking directly adjacent to the designated BBQ area. T So feel free to bring your kids and pets.

Please note that glass bottles are not permitted, beer is though(hush hush). So you should be ready with plastic cups for the beer.


For those who plan to attend, please PM me the name(s) of who is attending, what time you plan to be there and what you plan to bring. Please remember you should pay cash at the event.


NOTE: We will be having a raffle at the event. Raffles tickets will be on sale day of!!! You DO NOT need to be a member to participate in the raffle. You can also sign up to become a member at the event!

What SCZ will be providing:

-Bottled Water
-Burgers
-Dogs
-Buns
-Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc)
-Some Chips
-Plastic Ware
-Charcoal
-Cooking Utensils
 

Not yet verified that we will supply, but possibly:

-Plastic Cups
-Plates
-Napkins


What we NEED:

-Soda (cans or 2-liters)
-Plates
-Napkins
-Any extra meats (sausages, chicken, etc)
-Side dishes (salads, etc)
-ICE (we can always use ice)
-Coolers (we only have a few, so Igloo type coolers will be hepful)
-Extra serving spoons/forks
-Beer in a can, glass bottles will need plastic cups
-?

Hey, an update for everyone!

Please come help support us! We will be raffling off a LOT of stuff (based on how many tickets are sold).

Raffle tickets will be $1/ea or 7 for $5. There will most likely be a $5/ea raffle ticket for a pair(2) of tickets to go see Jeff Foxworthy Saturday (16th) Night!!!!

I have a lot of backup stuff to raffle off! Additional item may be added to both raffles! Come help us and enjoy great company and food!

I was stuck behind the grill a lot! Didnt get enough time to talk with everyone I wanted to.

We have so much food left over we may do this again in a few weeks laster on at like 4-5pm when it starts to cool down!
